Send your order—I will despatch with invoice or send cheque with order—payable to “Milestones”.
If you wish to transfer “online” e-mail your order and I will give you the Milestones Bank details and a ref number to quote on your transfer
Add carriage –UK
Each item indicates UK post paid price. If ordering several books there sometimes is some reduction in the total postage cost – the new weight and thickness rules make life complicated! You can email me your order and I can advise or I can send the books with an invoice. If ordering more than 3 DVD’s, the 4th and subsequent DVD’s are post free.
Payment—overseas
If you can send sterling cheques—then as “Payment UK”. I can advise on overseas carriage costs.
Otherwise I will notify you of the total cost with postage and you can pay via PayPal. If you don’t already have a PayPal account I will send you a PayPal payment request which you can pay via your credit card. It is a simple, secure system.
I hope shortly to have a proper interactive order form. Until then you can print out, fill in and fax or post this form. Otherwise just send an email with your requirements.
